Union is headquartered in the United States and operates specialized branches in key countries.
The U.S. branch focuses on investment, M&A, and distribution business.
The Korea branch specializes in K-pop concerts, tourism, and event production.
In addition, we are expanding with our own ticketing platform, an F&B subsidiary, and branches in Japan and Taiwan.

We have collaborated with some of the most influential stars and partners in the industry. Our projects have featured over 150 creators and talents, including Lee Minhyuk(BTOB), Bada, 1MILLION, Rocky (ASTRO), Ken (VIXX), AKMU, Im Si-wan, Choi Ye-na , Jung Yong-hwa (CNBLUE), Dawon and Zuho of SF9, and more. We have also produced and invested in large-scale projects in partnership with major telecom companies such as SK Telecom (K-pop festivals) and LG U+ (media collaborations). In the tourism sector, we are working with Yellow Balloon Tour and are forming consortium partnerships with major hotel groups in the U.S.

Our core business model revolves around global concerts, MD/product distribution, and premium tourism events.
In particular, we are placing strong emphasis and investment on integrating each of these sectors with digital and media platforms.
We are building a cultural attraction zone connecting the USA, Asia and the U.K.
Our cultural team envisions creating immersive streets and spaces around the world that offer culture- and entertainment-driven lifestyle experiences — including food, fashion, and leisure.

Over the past two years, we have funded more than 30 global tours and artist programs, and have participated in equity investments in four startups.
Our cultural IP assets and distribution network are designed to help significantly enhance the value of your content and startup.

USA Headquarters: Focused on IP investment and new business development & publishing, particularly in connection-based ventures built on entertainment IP.

Concert-Ent Event team(Union Korea office) : Based in Korea, this team produces K-pop concerts and large-scale festivals. They are a global team capable of touring Asia, Europe, and the United States.

DEEPI: DEEPI engages in digital entertainment and cultural business, operating as a ticketing channel and creating media and digital products based on entertainment IPs.

MOTA: Looking ahead, global franchising through robotics and automation will become increasingly critical. This business is set to expand, centered around our flagship brand, Sobabox.

Tourism: IP-based private travel itineraries are difficult for other travel agencies to provide. We operate exclusive, private courses—including idol studios, recording booths, practice rooms, and drama sets—offering "money-can't-buy" experiences that we aim to seamlessly integrate through a Digital Pass.
